Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data the AppVetter website (https://appvetter.com) processes when you visit, and the choices you have. It was last updated on 1 July 2026. It is written to be read, so it is short.

What we collect directly

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comment system, and no newsletter. We do not ask you to log in or provide personal information to read anything. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write; we use it only to reply and do not add it to any marketing list.

Advertising

AppVetter is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's advertising policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and visitors in the EEA and UK are shown a consent prompt before any advertising cookies are set.

Analytics

We use aggregate analytics to understand which articles are read and how visitors arrive at the site. This data is processed as statistics, not to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with any other data source.

What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent visitor data to anyone.
  • We do not run trackers beyond the advertising and analytics services named above.
  • We do not require an account, and we have no login system that could hold your credentials.

Reviews link to Google Play and to developers' official websites. Once you follow a link off this site, the destination's own privacy policy applies. Download pages on Google Play in particular are governed by Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Because we hold almost none — correspondence email is the only category — such requests are simple: email editor@appvetter.com and we will confirm what, if anything, we hold and delete it on request.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated. We will not weaken the "what we never do" section without stating so explicitly on this page.
